WHAT ARE FRAMES AND HOW MANY FOR CERTAIN COMMISSIONS?Well, the amount of frames depends on what it is you want your person to do. If you want them to just constantly blink, it would be 4 frames. If you want them to have a long pause in between it would be about 6.
